Mashhad Rug

Each Zollanvari rug is a single, handcrafted piece · once it leaves the loom and finds a home, it leaves the collection.

Mashad rugs are celebrated for their jewel-like colours, intricate floral artistry and timeless Persian design. Traditionally woven in Northern Iran, their generous composition, medallions and detailed borders create a sense of depth and grandeur. Rooted in the broader Persian tradition, they bring together centuries of decorative motifs and the enduring skill of the artisan, a richly layered work of art designed to live beautifully in most homes.
